About Barry
Dr. Mullen has been in private practice since 1985 and is one of the original founding partners at FootCare Associates. He is a Cum Laude graduate of both SUNY @ Buffalo (1977), and The New York College of Podiatric Medicine (1981) where he served as Associate Professor, Department of Surgery. He underwent surgical training at Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and an Associate of the American Board of Podiatric Sports Medicine. He is on staff at Hackettstown Medical Center. He has been voted Top Doctor in New Jersey monthly magazine 10 consecutive years. Dr. Mullen resides in West Orange, N.J., with his wife of 45 years, Susan. They have 2 children, Meredith and Gregory, and 4 grandchildren. He is an avid Rangers fan and enjoys fantasy football, golf, and working out in his free time.
